It is important to note the textile on the outside of the jacket has a grainy feel to it compared to the premium cotton on the inside of the jacket. The inside is very soft and comfortable to wear. For closures there are faux coral concho buttons that give the jacket an edgy western feel! If you're looking to really make a statement, you can combine this jacket with the matching vest to make a two piece suit. In our opinion, the jacket is thin, lightweight, and has a flattering drape. this was supposed to be a quilted fabric. It came in a fluffy bedroom top fabric. That is not what I ordered. I’m very disappointed poor quality.
Did not receive what I ordered, after weeks of waiting on delivery. Contacted support, a response was given in a timely manner. Resolution was keep what was shipped and offered a 10% refund. Not the resolutions I was expecting. I placed this order with this company for these specific items.Another resolution was sent. 20% refund and keep items that I did not order and that I do not want. I could, if I wanted to, ship items back,I would pay for shipping, the way they were shipped to me. Once my order is returned, then items will be inspected and I could get a 100% refund. First, i will never receive the items I ordered because obviously these items aren't sold anymore. My resolution is 100% refund and you pay shipping because I have already paid shipping for items I did not even order. Make it make sense, please! Thank you!
