ROUND-ABOUTS: Disco Dress

Asked to cancel the order as it was shipping much later than promised. They asked me to not cancel because they already “bought materials and had labor costs.” I told them no, I want to cancel before you ship and they confirmed it hadn’t shipped yet. Then, they ignored me and went ahead and shipped it anyways a few days later. Workingon disputing the charge on my card now. The product arrived and was not as described: has no shimmer/light reflective properties as shown here. It’s just cheap fabric. Completely unsatisfied!
